My Values

Trust

I like to build genuine, reliable partnerships with our clients, so you can feel confident we'll advise the best solution for your business. No sales pushing, just simple, impactful and innovative solutions that you can trust will be taylor'ed to your business.

Fun

I true believers that life is too short not to have fun (yes, including at work!). We inject energy and humour into our approach (especially when it comes to delivering our workshops). No snooze-fests, or tick-boxes here.

Connection

I believe bringing people together is crucial to learn and develop new skills. Developing excellent connections across teams means communication, collaboration and trust improves, and gives a huge boost to your businesses productivity.

Professional Background

I’ve worked in HR since 2015 and my first 'proper' job after leaving university was supporting a female-owned SME business. I started out in recruitment before moving into a full-time HR role where I specialised in employee relations (all the tricky HR people issues) and guiding managers to resolution. I loved the experience of diving into the tricky stuff, bringing messy people problems to a resolution.

Over the years, I’ve gone on to support businesses at a senior level, through everything from restructures to engagement initiatives. Along that journey, I found how much I enjoyed putting my creative brain to developing fun, engaging and impactful learning and development workshops, and bringing my energy to the room!

I also know first-hand what it’s like to be a female business owner — wearing every hat, juggling competing priorities, navigating tricky people moments, and making tough decisions while still trying to create a supportive, values-led culture. I understand the pressure of wanting to lead well, develop your team, and keep the business moving, even when time, headspace, and resources are limited.

Qualifications & Memberships

Whilst my experience stands me in good stead, I’m also CIPD Level 7 qualified. This is the highest level of qualification you can achieve with the CIPD (the professional body for people working in HR), and in order to achieve it, I had to demonstrate my ability to plan and implement change at a senior level. I graduated with Commendation, the highest grade achievable.

I’m also an accredited C-me Colour Profiling Practitioner, trained to help individuals and teams understand their behavioural preferences. I enjoy facilitating workshops on this psychology led approach, as a powerful way to deepen self-awareness, improve communication and ultimately help businesses and their people thrive.

I’m also a trained Mental Health First Aider, and I’m active within the HR Inner Circle, which is a group for HR specialists with a particular interest in employment law.
